High School Student Portfolio Review

The Hera Gallery will be offering a Student Portfolio Review event. We are inviting any high school student that is interested in applying to an art school or simply working on their AP art portfolio to have a selection of their work evaluated. We will also be informing those who attend about several art programs (MassArt, Hartford, URI) through a short presentation (5-10 minutes) from each school. Those who attend will receive valuable advice about the direction of their artwork, a portfolio review as well as a question and answer session.

 Our event will be held in the new gallery, with a beautiful exhibition in place on the walls. There will be an area for portfolio viewing, a snack break and an opportunity for students to receive materials on each school's program. The event is Saturday, October 19th from 10:00 AM- 1:45 PM. Students are asked to bring 5-15 works, including some direct observation pieces. This is a great opportunity and we hope to see you there!
