Over the last few years he has embraced his digital skills, searching for the convergence of traditional painting, photography and the virtual world of computing. Incorporating today’s technology with traditional painting on canvas has led to a very personal form of computer generated art. He has most recently shown in the Candita Clayton Gallery in Pawtucket, RI. Rubenstein was awarded a 2012 RISCA project grant for his intaglio prints, which will be showcased in this exhibition.
